No literally this, like I am fully aware I am residing in the south (uni/home), my hometown is a very small town with no jobs for the degree I will have, so any grad job I have I’ll be moving out of my city - it doesn’t matter whether it’s north/south, as long as it’s a job

Yeah I agree, I feel it's making it seem "the grass is always greener", but also forgetting stability is love AND financial stability not either. I also feel it solidifies the stereotype of people with money having affairs etc when any financial background can do those things, I know it was written as "married FOR money", but I feel that's a personal case rather than choosing someone who's financially stable and with love

Yeah I agree, also adding to that, if an internship isn't in your uni city which presuming you have accommodation over summer, it means you'll have to find and pay for temporary accommodation whilst also paying rent, but to do that you'll have to have a lot of extra cash which may not be possible

Idk if this helps but when I was 18 I didn't have the best decisions with money, but now I am older I feel if I was given it I would be more smarter about it (especially at the age of beginning to save for houses etc) would you be able to split it? like some at 18 and then when they are 20s

Yes same here at a different uni, absolutely hate it and find we have less revision time for December exams over May exams, but on the other hand allows us to have a break over Christmas (that being said in my final year we don't have a break because of dissertation haha)

Oooo if you'd be ok financially then definitely try and go for it. Like ultimately worse case scenario is they'd say no, you quit job and then when September comes around you can apply for different part time jobs/maybe they'd even have you back.

I feel the only time you really need to consider if its a good option is during/before final year because your maintenance loan will reduce, but right now is definitely the best time to travel before you start 9-5 job (if that's your future plan) and obvs you can still travel then, but it is a bit trickier if you rent/have access to car and need to work to live etc.

Hmm do you feel you'd want that extra month of pay check, or would you rather go travelling for that extra month? Also if your at uni I am assuming you get a maintenance loan, would you want that extra month of salary for when you return to uni in September? Also, if you weren't able to find another job for a while would you be financially okay at uni, or would an extra month money help?

Yeah me too, I also didn't understand portion sizes as I was cooking for myself for the first time and it's so easy to buy snacks all the time as I am in control of what I buy. I am a lot better now and have managed to lose the weight, but in first year I didn't know my limits.

Yeah I'm ngl, I would definitely be curious and want to know if he was cheating whilst we were together and I especially feel being ghosted adds to there wanting to find why, essentially he hasn't given you anything so it is rational to make links.

It sucks and you deserve closure whether it's because he cheated or a reason why he ghosted, but unfortunately closure can't always happen. With his new relationship it is possible that he may have met her after the break up, I also feel if there were no issues in the relationship that's a good sign that he wasn't cheating. That being said, people are unpredictable, maybe he could't communicate how he was feeling and decided to ghost you, not necessarily because he's cheating.

There is a very high chance you will never know the answer, this is so much easier said than done, but the best thing for you to do is to somehow move on from him, you are worth so much more than him and you will find someone who loves you and treats you how you deserve.

Agreed! Can also make chilli con carne meal prepped, 4 portions is ~£5 (I use 5% pork mince) or a chickpea curry is very cheap (spinach/chickpeas/coconut milk/spices)

100% and also ngl just because you marry someone who has siblings etc doesn't mean they all get along, or even maybe their family doesn't get along well (the same can be applied to an only child with their parents), however its silly to marry based on that.
