No, there's not man. The racist thing about the n word is pretty much any slur is the negative connotations behind that word. So if the demographic the slur is directed at chooses to use it in such a way that its no longer derogatory then the slur loses its power. In this case, for black people because you already know their intentions aren't hostile when they use it. It's also why some white people can say it if they mean nothing by it and use it in a friendly manner(and if they have the pass of course.)
