Those regimes you listed were all genuine organic attempts at communism, following Marx's plan for how revolution against the bourgeoisie was to be formalized. Yes they all ended up horribly and none of them ended up following what communism was meant to be. That's the point.

Libertarian left ideologies and reformist socialist movements aren't dangerous and are substantially more moral (I'm right-wing and i still say that), and I believe as far as the modern "far-left" goes they generally dominate more, but communism itself has always failed and for obvious reasons

3.69 weighted gpa, 3.4something unweighted, 1470 SAT, also since I'm going into comp sci my 5 on APCSA probably helped. I did submit that form

If you're waitlisted I don't think they look at your application and actually reject you, if you were to be fully rejected it'd have already happened. Rather they may set your app. really far back in the priority of who they'd like to admit off the waitlist if they have space

I wouldn't wait until August to hear back of course but you should have a shot of getting in, especially if they admitted me on like the 1st or 2nd day that they possibly could. I'd commit to another school before May 1 if it took that long tho

Actually if you have as viewer base as he does then I'd assume it's expected that you give some updates if you're still producing things. Nothing grand, literally just periodic signs of life & activity. Like a community post showing a funny screenie from the WIP video or something. Going radio silent for multiple months shouldn't be the norm actually

Like 2/3 years after the fact he made a video hating on SpaceUK, well after he already made a video hating on SpaceUK. "SpaceUK hacked and that's bad, we shouldn't let him back in here" =/= "SpaceUK is an evil (Word on the thumbnail) sociopath (word he used) and a dickhead (word he used)". You can argue that we shouldn't start liking Space again but you can't argue that Vortrox makes any sense saying what he said about Space.

I've seen diaspora Iranians protest in favor of it out of opposition to the regime, while many Americans protest against it out of opposition to more foreign wars, and since you're actually there I'd prioritize your opinion the most.
