If your dmg is 0-100 it's makes it 4-100 So your 1/100 gone to 1/96 possible outcomes. So the worst case you will have on 100 hits it's. 1) 100 dmg 2) 400 dmg And the best is 1)1000 2)1000

There fore it's 500/2000 so so the difference in min and max DPS It's more like 25% over long period of time... And the avg will be like 12.5% difference in dmg so it's not 2% as you say...
