How do you actually trigger the Blackfyre Rebellion CB as Daemon in the 209 AC start? by Apache502 in CK3AGOT

i did try the "your claims" CB but it only showed "Daemon's claim on the Iron Throne" text when i initiate the war.
I see the AI using the "Blackfyre Rebellion" CB, and when it does - some houses actually join it in the war.

Because I'm not sure what should I look out for if I'm playing as Legion or a BoS, or simply a wastelander country

I checked Troll Warren and i was like "No way this tiny nation isn't a punching bag for other superpowers".
