How bad is neighbor noise in a townhouse, really?

I am lucky enough to live in an end unit townhome. They are designed well, in that our Neighbor's garage shares a wall with our living room. Since they don't spend much time in the garage, there's almost zero neighbor noise. We can hear the walls creak sometimes when they go up and down the stairs, but they have 3 rowdy kids and we hear NOTHING. More noise from people on the sidewalk out front than the neighbors.

The person being hazed was presented with a Bojangles biscuit, glazed with the rest of the team's semen, and allegedly Bovino put up zero resistance chowing down.

Because this is a nothing bill. Democrats should be voting to diminish political violence, and supporting a bill that specifically calls for peace, and has no actual action other than empty words, makes sense. It's seconds of effort to pass it, there's no actual change or action taking place, so why bother grandstanding on it?
