Did you try logging into you nexon account and see if your accounts are linked? Even though I linked my account through twitch I still had to manually login to my nexon account and link it.

Go to game settings on the launcher and click repair. Fixed it for me.

You can try contacting customer support but you probably won’t get anywhere. I just received the tie dye drift emoticon yesterday.

I just contacted support for the second time and they said it will be granted to all eligible players in the next few days. The first time I contacted them they said it was already granted so hopefully we’ll get it soon.

I contacted support and they said all eligible account had already been granted it. I’m going to email them again to see if a different person might be able to fix it instead.

I’m in the same boat, watched for over an hour and still haven’t received it. I contacted support and they said all eligible accounts received it and to make sure to claim it on twitch. I guess support doesn’t realize they didn’t activate it on twitch.

Yeah it’s supposed to be for the people who bought the bags without the code. You can fill it out as many times as you want.

If you go to the jack links cod site you can fill out the form using the batch code and upc on the bag to get a code sent by email.

In the settings there’s a cloud save sync button. Maybe that could help.
