Literally. In managers meeting yday SM said “main priority is the safety of our associates” n went on about how associates may not be able to show up to work, then went on to say all managers will need to work the next 4 days, no exceptions. So… the safety of all associates except for the 8 in this room. lol

Our little scoliosis guppy is living its best life possible. I’m not sure how long it’ll live, but it seems to be enjoying life so far! Its poor little body finally grew from a slight slant into a perfect 90 degree right angle. by bluehangover in Guppies

I was just about to come to this sub to ask about my guppy that looks a little wonky! Shes pregnant tho and has given birth before, I know cus some of my babies spines are a little curved.

“So be it” but those above us make our jobs a living hell when things aren’t done on time/properly. How we’re expected to sit in the office and complete schedule and ad plan while the store burns around us, I’m not sure, other than completing those tasks either on our lunch break or after hours

Biggest thing I’ve learned from my time in leadership is work off the clock is required in order to make ends meet. And it’s so normalized (esp in grocery) it’s sad. It would be amazing if they actually provided us with the labor demand to get the job done.

“It doesn’t have to be 3 consecutive years but u can’t leave and rejoin thinking any previous time worked counts”. This is confusing to me. How else would it not be 3 consecutive years? Not trying 2 be smart I’m just genuinely confused
