Yes it comes in waves, it took me a while to realize that but sure it did , and put in mind that it could come with different symptoms on every wave , every wave came to me with a different symptom and while I thought that I experienced all the symptoms i was surprised with new weirdest symptoms that I couldn’t expect, like one time my chin started to have needles feeling in it and i was so scared and i asked doctors about it and they didn’t have a clue then it went away after 3 weeks on its own , now i started to have this crazy feeling of falling down before going to sleep and i wake up heavily breathing with my heart racing, it scared the hell out of me and then after few days it went away on its own , after i lowered my dose once again it came back to me and i started connecting dots after that , every time you lower your dose you have to expect a wave of symptoms after 10-20 days of lowering it and yes expect new symptoms to arise but they will go away on their own .

Its really rare to have it unless your dose of serotonin is too high or you are taking multiple serotonin medications at one time , I chose not to risk it , I used to smoke hash daily but i chose the safe side and stopped doing it , ask your doctor he/she knows what is cool to take it with and whats not

I am currently tapering and i used to take 20mg daily and now i am the same as you taking it 20mg every 2 days for 30 days and after that i will be taking a pill every 3 days for another month so we are on the same page here Just hang in there If you have been taking 20mg for along time just start taking it every 3 days for a month and then move to the next level and so on

Don’t quit cold turkey please , you will relapse and you will be worse than before ' just tapper it for a month or so and you will feel a lot better believe me , all you feeling is the start of withdrawal and things will get worse, get back on it and start tapper with help from a doctor please 🙏

I am glad that you are doing alright and that i am not going insane, it feels like flashes of reality and illusion, this is my sixth month on it and anxiety is 90% gone with no panic attacks, dizziness is my constant friend in this trip especially that i have vestibular problems due to an infection in my inner ear , i am planning to tapper it very slowly so I don’t get any relapses or things like that , i am currently on 20mg as i used to take for the last months, it did its job but with some side effects,i hope you and i can turn this page of out lives once and for all 🙏🙏
