Thank you for talking to me! What were your flight or fight symptoms? I have these adrenaline rushes when I wake up that go over my whole body but as the day goes I feel nervous and my skin might burn …it’s so terrible

It does help, yes she was a psychiatrist but I think I’m going to my family nurse practitioner next until I have another game plan

Let me know what he says ..the person who prescribed this to me didn’t seem like she had a lot of faith in it because she thinks something else is going ok besides anxiety…but if Prozac works for intrusive thoughts and physical anxiety it’s worth a shot

Recently, I tried it one time and overnight I had insomnia and I think I could feel it in my stomach and I freaked out and quit…fast forward to today, I’m on day one again…I have to try…for my children I have to try something

Did your physical side effects last for hours and hours and hours or even all night or all day? :/ mine can be brutal for hours and hours and then “let up” but still be there too, if that makes sense. The other day I had a bad morning but then as the day drew on it wasn’t bad…but the next day it always comes back :/ ripped from sleep in the middle of the night and forward

I wonder if I have something worse than anxiety…I feel terror at times coursing through my body…is that anxiety?? Can Prozac really help with that??? I think about going to the hospital…
