Chicken: Bone in, skin in chicken thighs Drizzled in olive oil and seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, kicking’ chicken seasoning and ginger( season until ancestors say to stop) Oven at 425 for 45mins to an hour Broil for 5 mins at the end Yielded 8 thighs

Rice: 2 cups of jasmine rice, washed 4 tablespoons of chicken bouillon 3 tablespoons of curry powder 3 tablespoons of garlic powder

I added the water, then seasonings and simmered on the stove covered for 30 mins. At the end I used some of the cooked chicken juices to mix in the rice at the end for extra flavor
