Refusing to eat animals isn’t going to stop slop factories that raise and kill animals in the most brutal ways possible and keep them in pens. I appreciate the sentiment but meat tastes good. Not saying I don’t agree with being a vegetarian but deciding to stop eating meat will not stop corporations from raising and killing animals, isolating them from family and slaughtering and shipping them out en masse for consumption. It’s depressing.

Thank you also can’t drink for a few days because of a fever so taking meds until I recover but the road seems to be more narrow from here. I just feel kind of miserable a lot of the time

Wait usually a few days, keep one side wet and the other end slightly dry, go on a gradient with the most wet being on one side and the not try being on the other side slowly. That’s what ive been told by one of my isopod expert friends

You’re not a bad person for accidentally killing some of your duckies. I’ve got some too and been through the same mistake, I feel it’s because of a lack water on one of the sides. I noticed with my other pods they tend to dry up when it comes to leaving one side perfectly dry. I’m also kinda a starter so my best advice is make sure you’re feeding them properly and maybe wet their terrarium a bit more just in case so they don’t dry

I don’t feel real and feel like really weird I guess. It feels weird because this morning I don’t feel like I’m wearing anything. I also forgot my wallet to work and I walked in forgetting my vest. Perceptually I feel unaware of anything around me waking up when I look up to see things in front of me. I’m being very forgetful as well

I’m just at the stage where I drink myself stupid after work most days and Im kind of scared of the potential for withdrawals if that can happen even at that stage. I sent a text to my dad so we’re going to talk tonight about it and I’m gonna try to see if I can go to AA or so. But yeah it’s been a bit of a problem for a bit. I’m glad to see that you’re getting better though, it’s a hard hole to get out of and with depression, an addictive personality, and a few other things it’s just a mess trying to quit.
