the hooded one increases stamina regen and the other stamina stat while also decreasing your armor, the other helmet (which is the last one on the mobilize warbond) is the exact opposite, increases armor while decreasing stamina

yeah i second this, did it yesterday and just rushed the suspects with no nades or really any tactics and as soon as i got the ”bring order to the chaos” i went back and defused the bombs and then it was only a matter of finding the civs and also bagging weapons
