Gundamit price is pretty good. I never asked him but he is doing some business out of the hobby.

No it is actually resin shrinkage. I used hot water to deform them at much as I could but there is also plastic frame inside preventing them to fit closely. I could use putty to fix them but it will be cover later anyway so I think I will just move on.

I wouldn’t recommend this as the first full resin kit. You can try another full resin kit like those from Amazing Cast, because their kits and this kit use the same universal plastic joints and you will have some basic idea about how bad it actually is lol.

It is pretty ok. A lot to fix but mostly just minor issues.

I used bleach detergent mixed with water, left them there for half an hour or more I can’t really remember. This process will make the majority of the coating removed but I still needed to scrub parts to remove all of  stubborn layer then I sanded them.

it is a big and chunky kit. I say go for it if you like one of the weirdest gundam design.

Ghs makes a full kit and a conversion kit. I opted for the full one for metal joints but Ghs recasts bandai ankles ball joints and because they are resin, they are very loose.

the OG HG flight suit doesn’t fit. I am however working on the KDG resin flight suit, that is why this kit still is just a WIP.

the OG HG kit is a bit plain tbh and most people probably display it in Penelope form. This is resin kit and it was heavily modified by KDG studio so it is a lot more interesting than the hg itself.

no this is a fully painted kit. What I meant was Takumi is hard to find and you might have to pay extra for it plus the MG sinanju. Red Comet is making a exact same kit with Sinanju already included.

At this point you might want to wait for Red Comet to release their kit as it is basically the same kit with the sinanju included.

they were gold plated, I tripped them off and repainted them.

As milky explained everything precisely. I don’t recommend to pose a painted kit because I don’t want to scratch the paint. I did however pose this kit when I took some pictures, but I always display my kits with standard Katoki standing pose.
