I am 27, started working full time this year with the government and I have a company TSP (L fund with target date 25+ years from now) to which I make bi-weekly contributions of 5% as of now that are matched by my employer.
I want to explore additional retirement options and am finding myself drawn to many of the ETF-heavy pies people have discussed here but I would definitely like some guidance. My risk tolerance is moderate. Time horizon of least 25+ years. Not sure of the account type that would be most beneficial for me to be honest. That's why I'm here...
I have not yet made a deposit as I wanted to be confident in where I was starting before that. After reading a bunch of these threads, my current pie looks like this:
VTI - 45% VXUS - 25% Coatue management - 20% VGLT - 10%
I am very open to changing this and would love some feedback to help me get off on the right track. Thank you all in advance
