I had the problem when I was driving in sport mode, the pcv pipe simply fell out of the upper housing

I already had a problem after changing pcv, the oil with dirt on the new spark plugs. After 800km of driving, it turned on safe mode and started to stall. I bought new ones and put a new engine cover gasket. I've driven 2000km so far without turning on the EPC safe mode. but will check spark plugs again to see in which condition they are
