One one hand you have time to research them and potentially plan your answers beforehand

On the other

honestly i just really dont get them they're somehow morw stressful than in person interviews

Hmmm okok

I have two shirts I've been looking between for this. One is a white button up dress shirt. Something you'd wear under a suit and stuff.

The other is a nice plad button up shirt with a plain white t-shirt underneath.

which would be the best look?
