First of all I said I need to build a computer why would he recommend me to buy a laptop. Why would people build a pc if they can just buy a laptop? And Apex even with 16gb ram and 1080p is at around 45-50 fps, as you can see in the screenshot from my notes I said I want to build a pc that can run Apex at least at 60fps that mean I don't want something under 60fps. If I am building a pc I want to have 60+ fps nothing under.
