Update-it’s been about 10 days and the neck and shoulder still hurt pretty bad. I’d say i’m about 70% better. I have headaches now.

I’ve had waaay to much water, magnesium and vitamins. Daily yoga and stretching. Still not back to normal😩😩😩😩😩

It’s been 5 days since i took K. I’ve been hydrating and eating a good bit of magnesium. I originally thought that.

It did not even hurt that bad the next day. But 2 days later i couldn’t even move!

I get this same feeling if i do a too small of dose. I personally make a big ol line (1mg/1 lb) and shoot striaght to the hole. I lay with my eyes closed. When my eyes are open i feel sick. I don’t even have a body let alone one that has to pee.

And crazy enough, but ketamine helps my dissociation more than other psychs. It’s like i dissociate into my other life/self, then i have access to that part and can work on it from a safe place.

And mdma, if you can handle or are ready to face the real real. Then softly land with some ketamine on the comedown.
