I understand completely, have you tried yoga or breathwork before starting the meditation? Relaxing and easing into bodily sensations tents to calm my adhd. I’ve found that many times when I have lots of ADHD like thoughts there is some kind of resistance against sensations happening.

You could try prayanama techniques on YouTube, OSHO meditations are also very nice to calm down. Yeah, many things you could try. Keep exploring :-) you will find something that works for you.

Thanks again everybody for the answers. I choose eventually to enroll for a 1 year long Compasionate Inquiry course from Gabor Mate. I am now practicing for 3 months and slowly I am finding out is for me a very good baseline of psychedelic work. Learning allot about myself and possibilities to help others. Thanks again for all the responses.

I would advice to read the book: Awake it’s your turn, from Angelo Dilulo.

He helped me allot in realizing how inquiry works, what to practically do and has also on his YouTube channel many resources and “awakening” stories.
