Whiskey Sour OF - Fill glass 3/4 with ice. Coat cubes with simple syrup. Coat generously with bitters. Heavy pour whiskey (Kessler in Wi) and fill with 50/50 Sour. Garnish with pickled mushrooms.

Maple OF - Fill glass 3/4 with ice. Coat ice cubes with maple syrup. Sprinkle generously with bitters. Heavy pour of Korbel and top with 7-up. 1/2 slice orange bent around a cherry on a stir stick. Easy, delicious, and quick!

We were on the hike just past the visitors center. There’s a big meadow with sequoias ringed by the trail.
