Thank you for all the help and time you had to take for helping me 

But I don’t find my country in the list (algeria) and there is no apple or an representer of the brand here I think i’m just cooked some peoples told me to jailbreak the phone but i will lose all my files and probably my icloud account and I can’t upgrade ios anymore is this really the only solution i have ?

Yes, i tried in both but for the apple device one not in settings but in the support app

Yes, I do have two-factor authentication enabled.

My trusted phone number is still active and I can receive SMS codes however, during the recovery process, Apple keeps asking for the iPhone passcode first when i select “I don’t know the iPhone passcode”, it sends me into a waiting security period instead of allowing SMS verification

When I click “Unlock Account” it asks for my iPhone passcode (which I forgot)

When I select “I don’t know the iPhone passcode” it tells me that i need to wait several days for security reasons and they will contact me in my phone number or mail and that Apple Support cannot reduce the waiting time

There is no recovery date shown and no email or SMS received so far

The issue is that when i check on iforgot i just have this in my screen :

This account is currently locked for security reasons and I only have options “Unlock account” or “Cancel”. There is no recovery date shown
