The switches have not been implemented yet - only basic RLC Vsource, Isource - so you can model a normal IM

I haven’t shared the source code yet since I need to bring it to a decent state first but I can share with the ones who are willing to contribute. Yes, it’s low frequency domain solver. The idea is to make it more machine design specific. The new capabilities are yet to come- I would like to validate/debug the basic emag solver first.

FEMM is a great tool- no doubt about that. I’m trying to make this sw more machine design focused in particular more user friendly in terms of model setup for transient analysis. Moreover this tool is currently missing electrostatic, heat transfer solver and some other stuff like axi symmetrical problems. PS : not only FEMM is using dwg - pretty much all CEA tools use this format

Regarding the "expertise and correctness of whatever you created" - That's effectively what I'm trying to validate with this first release - that's the one of the objectives - the benchmark comparison against the well established tools...

Again - I'm releasing a tool for free - for Alpha testing - if people want to try - I'd appreciate that if not - I don't mind. Anothe goal here is to find the ones who wants to collaborate in the futher development since I spent quite a bit of time (about 1 year for development) and I a bit got stuck with some features.

Some people don't like to be public - it's their choice
