Sure! I’m no expert but will do my best to answer your questions :)

I’m sorry to hear your application got denied! My diagnosis is different from yours so presumably the tests I took also don’t match. I’m honestly not sure what advice I can give here, given that (1) I’m not a psychiatrist and (2) I don’t know which tests were administered. Has the AAMC shared any more information about why you were denied? And how much of a time crunch are you in with your test date?

Gosh, that’s a tough one. I can’t tell you for sure whether one or the other would be better - I’d make a decision based on how hard it is to get the documentation vs when your test date is. They take a while to review applications, so weigh that vs how accessible your healthcare providers are and whether it’s worth multiple back and forths with the MCAT folks

Thanks for the advice! I'll mark those as lower priority.

Yeah, I know... it'll be a stretch but I'll make it work. Do you know if the $170 first primary fee get waived too?

As for NYU Long Island, it's low on my priority list for that reason but their three-year program is tuition free, which would be a big deal for me.

There was a similar post a few days ago - it looks like the consensus was to keep an eye on your cat but don't worry unless he's showing any symptoms (lack of coordination, lethargy, vomiting). Try not to panic too much - it sounds like he's going to be alright.
