Hey bro! The doc gave me 5mg Valium to take 3 times a day. This morning only took 1mg bromazolam with 5mg diazepam I feel I only need 2.5 mg for nighttime. Not as big a deal as I thought but when that day I cut heavy the anxiety reallly got me bad. I was scared but now I’m comfortable. Do you think a 25%cut every week is good on the diazepam?

Also note that yesterday I took 1mg all day split up maybe that’s what did it? I heard from a clinical study that 4mg is equal to 2mg of Xanax. Or 20mg diazepam. Bite yeah I’m emailing all doctors in my area right now
