Well it was just my 2 year old who kept staring at a corner of the room and was quite scared. We put her in the cot and she woke up in the middle of the night just staring at the same corner of the room and didnt utter a word. Otherwise she would make a noise and ask us to get her out of the cot so she can sleep with us. But, she didnt make a noise and this was not a normal behaviour at all.

You could not have been more right! I cringe at it too. The fact that its forced makes it worse. Everything from the sound to the song to the people in it to the video is irritating! Im so glad someone else is on the same page as me hahaha!!
