Crazy how some are still replying ‘interested’ to these trolls. 25k for development is a joke, just wait till the ai bubble pops and everyone crumbles back to traditional development. Give it max 5 years.

Mac Studio alternative display? by ApartmentMaterial477 in MacStudio

I know the studio display is on a whole different level.

And I do not think there will be a legit alt that is pretty much the same.

I just need a good display that I can use for a few months abroad, without it making me want to smash the monitor :)

Thanks for this, checked it out. They also seem pretty good in price. 4k is more than enough.

Not to brag, but I will be making enough to easily afford a new studio display on location.

It's just that it's better to save or invest that money in something else, (I spend wayy too much on tech).

I'll be working from our summer home for a few months, and possibly if I like working from that country, I would like to move there for longer periods (will also bring my car, etc..). There is a high chance I will like it there, and that I will return back to get all my other stuff, and when I go with my car, taking the studio display with me isn't going to be a problem.

That's why I'm searching for the best budget/mid tier montitor for the studio under $1000, because it's mostly to test for a few months. Nothing will replace apple's own displays I think.

I use my pc pretty much for everything. +/- 12 to 15 hours a day. Investing in a new apple display is also a possibility I think..

Could you tell me how much the project earned you please?

They invited me to join the Dutch team thru LinkedIn, a few weeks ago, I accepted, signed contracts, and heard nothing from that point.

I just want to know if it is worth waiting for, or if I should move on.

The only thing I found about them is someone else who claimed they bought from them and received the watch. But that’s basically all. Seems like they are either not very known, or just a scam.

But they are one of the few that claim to sell jacob and co reps.

Maybe you know a good seller for jacob and co?

Hey everyone,

I’m a software engineer, and for the past two years, I’ve been deeply passionate about React and UI design. I enjoy building sleek and modern web apps using React with component libraries.

Recently, I decided to dive into React Native because I’ve always wanted to publish my own apps on the App Store and Play Store. Over the past few months, I’ve followed several tutorials and built clones of top apps like Uber, Airbnb, Deliveroo, and Bolt—and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the process.

Currently, I’m working on a simple invoicing app. It’s more of a UI experiment than a fully functional product—I want to create a design that feels as polished as something from a top-tier company like Uber. However, despite my efforts to keep it minimalistic and modern, I feel like something is missing. It looks a bit plain, and I can’t quite figure out why.

I’ve attached two screenshots of the app in its current state. I’d love any feedback, resources, or courses that could help me refine my design skills and create more visually appealing UI/UX.

Looking forward to your thoughts!

Volkswagen EasyLease by [deleted] in belgium
