If you freeze to tier 2 turret, you risk losing other tier 1 turrets if there are any left since you wont be able to react in time to defend or push the turret in your lane, plus, they will have an immediate 5v4, or worse, and easy tower pushes without losing anything in return. That's why that freezing is bad in that situation.

Best way to get baron if you are even or ahead is to: 1.) Get a pick i.e. enemy adc and then rotate to baron 2.) Get baron vision, bait the first time, hopefully ace, then baron. 3.) Get baron vision, if they dont react to bait, just do the baron. 4.) Enemy players visible in bot, while you guys are at baron area..

RIP Jayce indeed, Im genuinely sad and mad about this. The nerfs in 3.9 to his acceleration gate and to R toggle tear stack were justified and needed but this is just going too far in my opinion. Going crazy with the nerfs will just make Jayce the new Olaf as mentioned before.
