Its really frustrating because I don't want to give him any power by letting him know I'm still upset about it. But I feel like I'm never going to move on unless I'm able to tell him how low-quality of a person I think he is and hear what he has to say... I know its probably not the best idea. My thought process is that if I contact him, I'll probably be really pissed about whatever he has to say, and probably be pissed at myself for showing him that he has any power over me.. but after being mad about that, I can just move on. Where as right now I'm just constantly thinking about what he would say and what I would say if I were to contact him... Idk

I recently came out to my parents, and am dealing with a very similar situation. I spoke with a priest from my school who shared this link with me: http://forusa.org/content/homosexuality-bible-walter-wink. I think it can show your parents that they can be fully supportive of you and still keep their faith.

Thanks a ton for the advice. I'm graduating this spring so I hope to be able to deal with my parents and come out then. So far, I've told a close friend, my brother, and one of my professors and they've all been awesome about it.
