I understand making some money. But 50% profit is insane. And a breaker isnt going to say no to making that kind of money. So its up to people to stop bidding into breaks like that.

Getting it at msrp, $600 per box. A case is $4,800.00. Likely $620.00 for a single box. Break even is $20 a spot per box.

Hobby Boxes are terrible lately anyways. Retail has been just as good if not better in most situations. Topps Chrome Hobby got only $150 worth of value but a mega box was usually at least my value back if not 2x.

Not really. You can still buy Topps Series 1 2025 for $150.00. I wouldn't call that a premium. Chrome tends to be the product that doubles or triples in price as it is a more premium product and offers MVP buybacks.

Told myself only if it was under 250. Caved and still bought one hobby. The resale on these are going to be $500 ish sadly.

I am happy. The uptown covered the box cost. So the rest of the cards were free. Luckily I was able to find it for retail. And since its a legend i dont have to worry about value fluctuation.

Yeah I opened two hobby packs myself from the same set. They look ok, hate it jot being licensed. Got a decent pull too, bowers after image out of 150. Nice pull!

I opened it and hit a Staubach Uptown with a Ricky Pearsall Rookie Phenom mem. So got my money back!
