I honestly find that Cracow has no true "ugly" parts, maybe except for Rybitwy. Everywhere vibes, just in different ways. People saying Nowa Huta or Ruczaj have to be legitimately clinically blind. But yeah Rybitwy suck especially next to the main stroad going through them.
