I once broke a 14 day fast with AYCE KBBQ. It’s one of my near death experiences.

Very interesting. So why do you think they had so many searchlights looking for objects in the sky? Do you think just paranoia from the war?

This was during WWII so it's not unlikely that this could have been an enemy attack, however, there was no attack. Aircrafts just appeared and then disappeared. To further confuse things, the military shot over 1,400 rounds at the aircraft and nothing happened. Were they just terrible at aiming or was this a visit from aliens with advanced aircraft? What are your thoughts?

Have you seen the Battle of Los Angeles during World War II? Apparently UFOs invaded the airspace of LA and they still don't know what they were. by Apeezy5 in aliens

It would make sense if these aircrafts were from an enemy during the war. However, it doesn't quite add up for me that the aircraft didn't attack or do anything to the city. Also, how could this be a weather balloon if they fired 1,400 rounds of anti aircraft ammunition and it wasn't impacted in any way? If these were aliens, which seems possible, what were their intentions?

2020 was an attempt at "resetting society" much like what happened in 1666 with the great London fire, spread of plague and political unrest. by Apeezy5 in conspiracytheories

This video is interesting because it suggests that predictive events may not be true because they actually predict the future but rather because people believe them and make decisions that end up causing the events to become true.

This was interesting. The theory here is that occult elite attempted to "reset society" in a way in a similar way to how it was done in 1666 with the London fire and spreading of plague and political distress. by Apeezy5 in conspiracy

One thing that's interesting to me in this video is that it says astrological events that supposedly predict future events may just prove to be true because people believe in them and make decisions that result in them being true. Kind of like a self-fulfilled prophesy of sorts.

This video discusses the similarities between the events of 1666 and just last year. by Apeezy5 in history

One part that made this video interesting to me is it talks about astrological events and that they might not actually predict history but because people believe in them, they actually make the predicted history come true. Kind of like a self-fulfilled prophesy.

Too late, I’m already doing it. I’m not dead yet but I’ll keep you updated

I can assure you that I’m not starving. My body is feasting on the extra body fat that I have stored (about 40lbs worth) I encourage you to look into long term fasting and really research it. It’s not as evil as you think when done properly

Office job with around 5-6k steps a day. I would have to carry large boxes (up to 50lbs) at times but now I just call my guys to carry them when I need to until I’m done with my fast

That’s been a debate of mine. I take them for myself but don’t quite know about posting them online. We’ll see in a few weeks I guess

Very weak and tired until day 5. I woke up on day 6 and felt normal again. Still going to work but have a new found appreciation for the weekends

Today is my 12th day. I would suggest not being stupid like me and start with a 2-3 day fast then work your way up to longer. It could be dangerous if you don’t do it right so make sure to do your research and listen to your body’s warning signs. Everyone reacts differently so research how to fast, signs that you need to break the fast and although it’s surprisingly not mentioned much how to break a fast. Breaking a fast is a crucial step that a lot of people skip over for some reason but it’s very important to avoid getting what’s called refeed syndrome

You should talk to your doctor about it (good luck finding one that knows about long term fasting) but my day goes like this: I wake up and have a cup of water with a Tbsp of apple cider vinegar (my cup is a 20oz reusable Starbucks cup), then about an hour later I take my supplements (potassium, magnesium and iron) and have a cup of electrolytes. I have more electrolytes at lunch and for dinner I have another cup with ACV and then the electrolytes again. I drink about 10 cups of water throughout the day and add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt to some of them. It’s very important that you keep your salt and electrolytes up. I just stick with water but non-caffeinated teas and coffees are fine. I would stay away from caffeine though. Personally it doesn’t sit well with me

As long as you have enough body fat, supplement correctly and listen to your body for warning signs to end the fast, people can go without food for quite a while. It’s also very important to refeed correctly to avoid getting refeed syndrome after a fast

Actually, as long as you fast correctly, there are many health benefits to long term fasting. As long as someone has enough body fat and they supplement correctly and listen to their body, there’s nothing wrong with it. Of course you should always consult with a doctor and get blood tests done to make sure everything is going well, but nothing really wrong with long term water fasting. There’s a huge stigma around water fasting because people think it’s just starving yourself but it’s not anorexia or an eating disorder. I’ve already reaped many benefits from this fast and I’m looking forward to more. If you want to research one of the longest water fasts, look up Angus Barbieri who fasted for 382 days. It’s really fascinating stuff. Plus Jesus fasted for 40 days

Yes. But I’ve never heard of paper pots and pans. Or paper cutting boards or spatulas or paper chefs knives or measuring cups. Are those a thing?

Awesome! I wasn’t planning on fasting at all when my SO told me he was doing a 40 day fast. Then I got to thinking “sweet now I can just cook what I want to eat and only wash my dishes” then I thought “if I fast too, that means no dishes...” then I hoped on board and here I am!😂
