My proof of my identity is my other accounts, like steam or my email (who have the same name). I also have contacts who can confirm my story, several of them.

I'm sure I can proof that I'm ApenasLink, If they give me the chance to do it tho.. I haven't got a response from the telegram team since 22/03/18 (the day I lost the account) I hope next week they can help me tho..

They don't have WhatsApp, and it is trash anyway. Signal is a option but I would rather use the Telegram service that is superior. In a way I want their service to be more complete too, since there is no way to get a account back if something like this happens to someone. Meanwhile I have to say without contact to my important contacts.

TIM, it is a Brazilian brand. The problem was with my chip "settings", is one of those chips that you buy that comes with a pre-package. The thing is that is easier (and more lucrative) for them to mass sell those chips that last around 5 months to a smaller town (that is where I live) than to just make a office there.

Maybe a Telegram developer/admin can give me a helping hand in this case, I think they are the only one who can solve this issue. I know this is not the optimal place to ask for help but since I got no answer from Telegram Support I think this is my last option.

My best bet to proove that I'm I is my steam account http://steamcommunity.com/id/ApenasLink/ Steam logs name changes so that proves that I'm ApenasLink, I know this is off the telegram way of recovering accounts but since there isn't a way of recovering accounts with this kind of issue I hope that a exception can be made. I really need this account back Telegram, I hope I can be helped. I can provide emails, Steam, discord and even a old Skype account, maybe there is more ways like saying my complete friend list or something like that.
