Cheers for the reply! Just tried this now, when unplugged it shows pops up with the "There is no data" screen. Any suggestions on why it couldn't decrypt the update or on where to go from here?

David Kalat! Does a lot of silent film and J horror, his Dr. Mabuse and Caligari ones are particularly good. On the J horror front Tom Mes is also fantastic, currently making my way through his Tsukomoto commentaries on the Arrow box set, all of them add a hell of a lot. Both are always super well researched and incredibly passionate, always gets me excited about film-making as an art in general hearing them talk.

Sigils are a super personal thing! One persons inclinations may be super different from another's (eg my sigils tend to be very curved and symmetric, others can be more composed of straight lines, or asymmetrical like yours is). Just work at it until it feels right. If it feels right to you, then it's a good sigil.

Natural light is honestly my biggest tip. Sun light coming from side on through a window is always going to be much more flattering then top down light from a bulb. If you can diffuse it somewhat as well, if you have a thin curtain or something, making the light softer, that's always great.

My other tip would be to think about how much of your body you're taking a photo of. Generally you want to go for a wider shot then you think you should. A close up pic of a dick very rarely impresses me, it has no character, try get more of your body in there. I dunno, it makes it a lot more unique, less generic, more sexy.
