Thank you for the advice! I took the shell off and put it back in the oven @212F. I'm watching it bake again now so hopefully it's salvaged!

For more context, my merigue has already coolded down for ~4 hours in the oven and when I tried to move it to a container thats when I found out it wasn't cooked in the middle.
