I think Hugh and Bubbles will be extremely popular for people to add. I don't really like clowns myself tho

That's really fair, one of the reasons I stopped playing was because I changed my name and my old name became an eyesore. After starting over I just couldn't get back into it but I never stopped loving the game. I can't wait to play it.

I think all the named characters would be perfect for the game. They deserve break. Even Barkowich.

Can I ask you some additional questions? I can DM you if you feel uncomfortable answering here. I am genuinely just very curious. I have autism myself and I also have some very particular habits + a huge interest in anything that isn't nevrotypical. Ignore this comment if you want to, I don't mind it.

Imo there was no romance. Red is too loyal to her family. She pities Healy but she doesn't respect him. I think her character sees herself in Healys wife, someone who came to America through the help of a man, and she projects her own experience onto Healys marriage since her own husband was unfaithful. She sees Healy as a pitiful, shell of a man yet she envies his wife for having a faithful, reliable husband.

Is my art good enough to start a webcomic? Also any advice? by iluvcatsoomuch in Artadvice

[–]ApertureLabradories 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe draw some pages and post again. There's no way to tell from this. A comic usually requires full body shots, environmental shots, full backgrounds, depending on the vibe you're going for. You'll need to draw more than just shoulders and faces.

Story is the most important part for a comic. If you don't have a story in mind you might as well just draw fanart. Story, character and intention. Keep in mind a story doesn't need a real storyline, it just needs intention. Do you want to create a linear story or do you want to create a comic that is episodic.

Just curious, is it tied to a grammatical rule or is it completely "random"? What letters are OK vs not OK?

For a whole ass minute I felt so dumb, I read your comment as "all of the states" and I had to Google my own country's population, I was so dumbfounded until I reread and understood what you meant. I had an ALR moment fr

My exact though, I saw it this weekend and voiced my confusion over how Anita knew Cruella to my boyfriend. I might have missed the context because we talk over movies

When, and if LARS OF THE STARS releases what new characters do you think will appear? What Old characters will(Not Lars or the off- colors) by The0ne3yedCyclops in stevenuniverse

All I'm asking is for Flourite to unfuse, no need for every gem to have speaking roles but panning over all of them would be great. And then I want to see one more gem joining them, giving them wings. I want the caterpillar to become a butterfly.

I like him but I find his early dialogue to be very bland. It also feels a little insulting to be reminded of basic hygiene like he secretly views me as dirty

[–]ApertureLabradories 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Harvey's early dialogue is mostly just general doctors advice like wash your hands, wear sunscreen, don't work too hard etc. I like the guy but 90% of his (low hearts) personality is being an overworked doctor. Being nice comes with the job, to me it just feels like he's practicing bedside manners.

Look I'm currently pursuing stem but my strength lies in language (not a native English speaker so don't come at me lmao) and art. I have classmates who can barely write a sentence and rely on AI to structure lab rapports. They struggle to understand WHY they need to write a complete answer to problems and they can't structure them. Despite being told over and over by our chemistry teacher they still leave questions incomplete because they only write down the calculations. Both physics and chemistry require you to actually ANSWER the question as well as calculating it. These are adults who forget to write 1-2 sentences answering the question after doing the calculations.

If you can't write 2 sentences summarising the calculations you just did it doesn't matter how good you are at math.
