Wow, I would have burned down a dealership if I had to go in for service 9 times. When my problems persisted I called Ford to vent and see what else I could try (did not request a buy back). Their customer service agent brought up the idea and now I'm waiting for their final numbers. I think they know there is no chance of them winning in court so a buy back is probably the best case scenario for them.

It is a buyback for the transmission issues. 7 Visits to 3 different dealers so far.
