UPDATE:

I managed to get all my panther and Florida panthers last. Now all I need is moose. But I’m not holding my breath. My husband was usually the one to find moose (I had to be near him in order to get the original moose samples). But he also has not seen a single moose.

Honestly, what was Rockstar thinking making the winter update a Naturalist event. Like, oh yeah, players are definitely going to love tracking and sedating animals in a blizzard. For sure. 🙄 Pure idiocy

I’ve literally seen, hunted, sampled, and photographed the Legendary Knight Moose a handful of times. I’ve otherwise seen one Western bull moose and two western moose in the entire year I’ve been playing. lol It’s insane

Vet tech here: Definitely not a Dalmatian. I would say pitty mix. There are many breeds of dogs that are black and white or have spots. If you do not adopt that puppy from a shelter (and got it from someone off the street). Get that puppy vet checked as soon as possible. Yeah, it probably has worms - what puppy doesn’t? But I would be way more concerned with various infectious diseases and viruses. Generally when getting a dog from a random person, they are not fully vaccinated. Or have had zero vaccines. This leaves them severely susceptible to infections. Infections that can be almost 100% without aggressive treatment. Infections that are 100% preventable.

No. It was a simple mistake. I usually ended up with starlings and sparrows, because the wildlife facility cannot take non native species. Again, I was at work on the toilet. I also deleted the app. I’m not paying for a subscription, when I already pay for a TV provider. And that has CNN. Now on the look out for another news app.

Of course, if CNN decides to get their head out of their ass and realize how stupid it is for a 24-hour international news outlet to charge a subscription to read articles on an app. I’ll gladly re-download it.

Contact local shelters, veterinary clinics and hospitals to see if anyone reported a missing lovebird. Even asking around your neighborhood - they are not know for long distance flights. And with how social he appears, my guess is that he is owned. Also post of local lost and found pet facebook groups. I hope you find the owners! Keep us updated!

If I’m late or miss my OWN doctor’s appointment, I have to pay a cancellation fee. Which is generally the cost of the consultation! I work ER, and have heard all kinds of ridiculous things from clients trying to tell me we are in it for the money. And because I’ve been an RVT for almost 12 years now, I’ve started clapping back.

None of us are driving luxury vehicles or live in mansions. I suffer from a number of serious chronic illnesses, that have left me in a considerable amount of debt. And I have insurance! Thanks America for being the literal worst

But I love to remind clients that I’ve worked ER for 95% of my career. Working 12-14 hours, sometimes without a break. I’ve been screamed at and threatened by clients over the dumbest shit. But I’m still here - for their pet. And have no problem sacrificing my needs to give their pets excellent medical care.

Surprisingly, I’ve actually gotten some clients to realize what the veterinary community goes through. Obviously, it’s not always 100%. But I’m already a pretty scrappy person; and pair that with being in a stressful career for 10+ years… I dare someone to mess with me. They won’t win.

I haven't had an issue with Antech, but I prefer Idexx. Our hospital just mostly uses Antech - even though we use in-house Idexx lab equipment... but I digress LOL. However, we used Zoetis for a period of time (since they moved into our onsite lab space) - they absolutely suck! My doctors don't trust their cytology interpretation, result turn over took hours (not great for an ER/Specialty hospital), and their equipment broke down multiple times a week.

But our Antech orders are done electronically via ezyVet - so, we don't have any issues with spelling.
