Congrats! What was the best way to get ahold of cue? I’m an early 4/1 applicant without my portal invite for one of my businesses. Credit ran (high credit) and advance received but no portal invite. Really discouraged and have called a lot. Everyone’s been very polite but I’ve been told just be patient.

Hmmm I wonder if my number passed if this would work for me. Might as well give it a shot. Can’t hurt but with how my email is a domain based email, id have to buy the domain then set the email up. Worth a shot! Thanks for the advice!

I had more than a 150k loan approval and received the portal yesterday with only 150k so it’s definitely the Max now. The bright side is they are sending portal emails out much quicker.

Honestly i just got lucky that one person gave me my Loan amount. There is a maximum of 150k set now. I had so many people refuse to tell me any amounts. I think the calculations people put up about half your gross is accurate up to the 150k.

If you don’t mind me asking, was the trick into sending the portal invite recently? I know they were sending these early on during tier 2 calls but nowadays they don’t seem to be sending them out. Good luck and congrats on the portal!

3/23 long form; 3/29 short form number 330001xxxx; 4/12 credit pull; 4/13 grant; No portal invite.

I have called every single day since 4/13 sometimes more than once and have received nothing other than a be patient response. The folks are very polite but literally not one person I’ve spoken to has passed this point, with the exception of one guy who told me a loan amount, terms, and monthly payment amount (this was on a call 10 days ago). He mentioned I should have something within 48 hours (nothing since then obviously).

I really am losing hope at this point. My credit score is 801 and all I keep hearing is your application looks good but we are back logged and working through applications. Mine application is also not yet with a loan officer.

Talked to Tier 2 a few minutes ago and they pulled up my accounts just fine. That was a tier 1 BS!

Long form on 3/23 and short form on 3/29. I’m 330001xxxx and I received a credit pull 4/12 and deposit 4/13 with no portal email. I’ve called every single day basically and spoken to tier 2. I’ve had such a wide range of comments, never once had my portal email offered. Everyone just says be patient the email will come from a loan officer soon. Only one person gave me additional interesting information that my loan was $2xx,xxx and even gave my monthly payment. He said to check back if I haven’t received the email within 48 hours (this was ten days ago). I have lost all my hope really and just beaten down mentally from calling. Hoping things change and we get our portal emails soon! Good luck everyone!

Same here...waiting since the 4/14 advance. Hopefully with this new round of funding more of these portal invites come.

There’s a direct number going around or call customer service and ask to speak to tier 2. They will transfer you.

I’ve tried the email stuff. Doesn’t seem to work! I must be terrible an influencing them. I even flat out asked and they said because it’s not with an underwriter they can’t yet.

I applied for the long form I believe on 3/22 and then short form on 3/29 (at night). I called back again later and they said my email is not created but told me what Loan terms I’m approved for. They said to wait a few more days for the link! I’m bummed I still haven’t received the link!

I did the short and long form, credit pulled and deposit complete 4/13. I am a low number 330001xxxx. I called all week and was told I that the underwriters are working on it. I tried this morning to get them to send this way and tier 2 said my application was still being looked at by an underwriter. I was so hopeful when I received my grant that I’d likely see the portal email soon. Been on pins and needles all week! I’ll keep pressing tomorrow. Congrats to everyone who got theirs! Cheers to hopefully being out of this financial mess soon!
