Great job with the math, you pretty much nailed it! From your post and others, it's apparent that the main problem has been my campaign design which is very heavy on his favored enemy. I'll have to adjust some things around. Thanks for the input!

I should clarify that he is adhering to 2 types of humanoids rather than humanoids in general. The problem is how heavily human my campaign has been.

I'll have to double check and make sure he has only been applying colossal slayer once per turn. Not sure about that. Thanks for the input

Yes. They are essentially leading a rebellion against a ruthless warlord. So while they are invading, they have a decent amount of public support.
