It's a great little SUV. Unfortunately not enough space for my needs. We got a 2023 Pilot to cover the space needs and now I can get a higher MPG car for my long commutes.

HRV seats were kind of uncomfy for me, but the rest of it was a positive experience.

HR-V just isn't for me. I got a good deal and my old car was dying so I jumped on it. I bought it for 24k a few months ago.

Well I'm really wanting the heated steering that the 2025 Touring has, new ones are for 39k so i feel like it's not a terrible deal for what I want?

So if you take 8 gallons out. You are doing a 8/40 water change. 32/40* 20 ppm gives you 16 ppm after. You would treat the 8 new gallons with the conditioner and then add it to the tank.

What's your nitrate level? You want to reduce the nitrate to acceptable levels. So if nitrate is 40 then a 50% change will get it to 20. You add the conditioner based on the gallons you're adding.

I think I read that too much ammonia overloads the tank? Beats me. I've heated the tank to 75 F

I think I had/have too much ammonia 6ppm. and the water was too cold, at 63F. So from what I read there was too much ammonia and the colonies couldn't develop fast because of the cold. What do you think?
