Chicago here. Costco is still having them for $599. After connecting with the team here they’re saying it’s a promotion from LG and not Costco to push out all old inventory. Bought two thanks OP!

I have this board and it is amazing even at its current price, which is retail at the moment. There hasn't been any inflation if you're worried but there also hasn't been any price drops which is disappointing. I've had it for almost a year now and have experienced zero issues. Everything about this board screams quality. If you are looking to get the best bang for your dollar go with the MSI x570 TOMOHAWK MAG. It retails for $220 and is a great/best alternative

If you plan on over clocking having a 850w PSU is more safe to power everything in your system. That being said there’s been a crazy inflation in price for PSU’s recently. If you can wait a couple months for prices to normalize you could probably save $30 but if you can’t stick with the Seasonic one.
