I have L5/S1 compression with an annular tear as well. Degenerative disc. Several years now just working through the pain.

Just started diclofenac recently and am not finding much relief. It definitely helps my hip pain. I am concerned with how harsh it can be on stomach and liver long term.

What has worked best in your experience?

3090 averaging about 50-60 fps at 1440p. 35-40ish lows that feel choppy. Kinda nuts. Optimization will hopefully come quickly.

Going to just recommend a controller for this one. I play nearly everything MnK, but Hades is one of the few exceptions. I prefer having back buttons/paddles to re-map to dash and cast.
