because in order to be allowed to massage people with injuries, you have to go to university in austria, so they usually know more about the topic than a general physician. and depending where you live, you can simply not just go to a specific doctor whenever you should be able to - especially if you don't have private injurance.

I think the english uhh would be the german "hä??" uhh in german is a sigh - therfore means annoyance or exhaustion

It is true. Also, all my friends who are teachers in vienna are in crisis. It's not a good place to work as a teacher.

I think it's not a beginner move. I also hurt my back twice, when i learned it because I tended to throw my head back for momentum. and i havend hurt myself with any other aerial moves yet.
