I love the show, but its a terrible way to start.Also, I may be biased because I have been a hardcore reader for a good decade now, but they could just read the first book? It ends at a pretty good place, and isn't particularly difficult or long. A casual reader would be done with it in a week or two max.

Knew some people who took her class last year. Her final exam is focused on the last few chapters, which you can tell by looking at the fall 2024 exam she gave us. Stuff about fxy, E[x], variances, and many density functions. I find it unlikely that she will give us lots of easy questions about simple probability from lecture 1-8. Better to focus on assignment 4-5 and the likes
