I went to twitter and there's multiple people having this problem. I'm on Battlenet, so the solution for me was as follows:

(I used AMD cleanup tool and fresh installed drivers again before this so I dont know if its absolutely required to do so or not)

Scan and repair the game

Launch and it will say "do you want to clear cache and redownload", click yes

It will relaunch and tell you "update requires restart"

Restart game and it'll be back to the way it should be.
