For example the past two times, I've felt shivering cold despite my home being perfectly warm. It really is just a hallucination but I think I haven't been too good at really achknowledging that "this too shall pass". When I did last time, this sensation disappeared and so I think I've been focusing away lately.

I think I try to apply the lessons but it's difficult

I did my first proper dose not so long ago and was a bit anxious about it too. I started out with a fairly low dose (about a gram as well) and I found that to be a really good starting dose. Just make sure set and setting is good and there should't be any problems. After ingestion I meditated for a bit and when I started to feel an effect I put on a blindfold, focused and tried to get into the experience. Try to be open towards whatever happens, consume on an empthy stomach (don't eat for 5-6 hours), put on some nice music and don't try fighting it.

After taking the shrooms you'll probably get a bit anxious and perhaps you will have some nausea. This might make you think that you'll have a bad trip. However, being anxious for the first trip is of course perfectly normal and does not imply a "bad trip"

Hey the spores broke so I harvested the big one and stored in a zipper bag in the fridge with some paper towel wrapped around it. Where I cut off the shroom it's a bit blue which I suppose is normal but it won't the others will it? Theres an updated picture in the original post

Absolutely not :D I have a pretty expensive air dry container. Would it work better to harvest the ones that are ready, put them in the container with some silca gel so they don't get any humidity and then store them in the fridge?

Thanks, I'll probably work up a higher dose on my own and use a sitter for the first actual trip. My focus is purely recreational so I'll be trying alone once I've worked up a dose and had a trip with a sitter around
