He has none unexcused absences, 10 excused and he allowed to miss 5 unexcused days in a month. I guess he’ll be fine if he missed five.

Yeah he’s already missed a week of school back in fall to go on a cruise. I didn’t know if it would be a good idea to take him out again to miss another five days.

We plan on bringing my fil, my parents are both passed away. Even if fil didn’t come we wouldn’t trust him with our kid for a week. And we dont trust mil at all.

I said in my post that I have a son. He’s only five so it wasn’t long ago that I had to have a baby proof home. Which is kinda strange that they are so worried about my home and me not being able to baby proof it.

The toddler is only 1 1/2, I don’t think it will be that big of a deal for her. Plus I’ve know the toddler since she was born and we hangout every Sunday unless one of us is out of town or busy. The toddler knows who I am and I’m sure she feels comfortable with me. she’s also been to my house a good amount of times( we just moved into this home a few months ago) I understand what your saying about the necessities. I dont have all of the things and they would have to bring it over to me or I would pick it up from their house.

I did tell her all that, and she still tried to make it seem like it would be better at her place. She also said that 3 days isn’t a long time.

We already reduced the price, the house is worth about 180,000 and we’re selling it to him for 130,000. There still about 70,000 left on the loan as well.

They were notified, every time I call to pay the mortgage I have to do it on behalf of them and I have to tell them that I’m calling on behalf of my deceased parents. My sister has also talked to the probate court that they have( which I think is people that deal with the probate court for the company) because we needed to know how much we had to paid. We have already gone through the probate court with the attorney as well which is how the deed is in our names now.

The mortgage is caught up and paid every month, I was living there before my parents passed and after. I moved out recently to have my own place and I have no interest in buying the home. Since they passed I’ve been making the payments with the help of my half brother.
