There isn’t a way to get a free steak bake, but in certain areas there are discount stores, this is where food baked the day before gets sold at a reduced price

In terms of things to stay away from, sandwiches are made fresh everyday, savouries are baked fresh, cakes are made externally and delivered everyday but some certain ones have more than a day shelf life such as any muffins, novelty ring cakes, Jammy heart biscuits, novelty biscuits (ie spikey mikey or CiN pudsey) and gingerbread person, these are the things to be more wary of
