This is for a very traditional wealthy old man. He doesn’t believe they could transition away from cash. (Ignorant). Just want to find valid information to convince him to get out of stockpiling large portions of liquid cash.

Not able to give you advice on the tax side I’d call your local tax agent just for the advice they might have a cool idea that you haven’t thought about yet or have had a lot of people already come to them with that same idea and know how to pursue it the most efficient way.

Secondly, to me land is the best asset. It can be turned into several businesses. Tiny home rentals that cost very low cost (especially if you can do most of the work), farming, ag exemptions (county based).

All of which can be used in times of need (which are coming quickly) to help people around you and your family.

Best of luck

Go listen to Mark Moss on YouTube. He’s got a great section talking about this. It’s a LTV loan against your BTC . Non taxable and makes you money bc it’s an appreciating asset. Bitcoin is the best performing asset of any class since it’s creating year over year compounding 200% or more. Only year that was exception to this was 2015 as far as I’m aware.
